Adding Units to a Record Set

Before you start
- You must have a user account to be able do to so.
- Check that the Record Set has already been created.
Step 1. Go to the Units section of the database.
Step 2. Select “Filter List” (top toolbar, or on sub menu under extra features labelled: “…” if your have a smaller view open).
Step 3. Insert the individual unit IDs separated by a line break (For multiple entries you can copy and paste a column from an excel spreadsheet).
Step 4. Select all of the individuals that you are interested in (by clicking on the empty boxes to the left of each row).
Step 5. Under the extra functions menu (“…”) select “add to record sets”.
Step 6. Select your desired record set(s) and click “ok”.
Step 7. Check it has worked by going to the record set section of the database.
